Pros
Recently hired management team has advanced technology and processes. Instead of running like we are in the ice age we are now at the forefront of our industry. This shows based on our customer growth and the excitement of our staff. Employees all work hard and are dedicated to the success of our future. It’s a great environment where we work hard but have fun. Excellent benefits, 401k match, annual raises and generous bonus. We even recently became eligible to buy stock options from our parent company with matching funds. Office is in a great location and although the traffic is a problem lately the city had already started to enhance the roads and traffic patterns.
Cons
We need more employees. As with any company we are facing growing pains. Senior management is working to resolve this.
