Pros
I think I can speak for a majority of employees that currently/formally work at Vision web when I say that for the past few years things have been a little bit Raki. Finally under new management our company has continued to improve, and pivot towards a much brighter future.
Cons
Some former employees were not able to carry their weight at work, and were justifiably terminated. Unfortunately, the person (sic friend) in question have taken to writing anonymous reviews on GlassDoor instead of focusing on the consequences of their actions (see also libel).
