Nice company in general and understanding managers. My team is great with good working vibe. Learning culture is supported by the management.
Cons
There is no visible career growth. When asking about a promotion based on increasing responsibilities and expertise, there is no response from management. However if you are in the management level, then one gets a different treatment on the promotion as I noticed.
