      I truly feel seen for my potential in this company. They take reasonable risks to develop and grow their employees. They have a great focus on sustainability, diversion and inclusion. They have plenty of benefits in my location. Overall a great company with great values.

      Some in country developers don't always feel their salary is competitive in the market.
