      Pros

      Great opportunity to learn and work with a bunch of intelligent people in the field. Also a hybrid position which was great!

      Cons

      Pay was on the lesser side for a software internship, but this wasn’t a huge deal for me.

      Pros

      Higher than average pay. Significant social media presence. DEI friendly.

      Cons

      Cut-throat corporate culture. One of the least respected and untrustworthy suppliers in the industry it serves. If being under constant threat of job loss, being on call 24 hours a day, and getting screamed at by middle management suffering from Dunning-Kruger effect is your preference, Visteon is the place for you.
