      Pros

      Contracted with VisualSoft to support a Government Client; VisualSoft was very engaging with the Client and supportive towards the Contractors they hired for the Project. The Client encountered challenges supporting the full term of the contract, Ravi (VisualSoft CEO) stepped in to support the Team and was a critical liaison between the Contractors and the Client; most firms would have released the Team and moved on; Ravi and the Team at VisualSoft worked very hard and through negotiations the Contract was reaffirmed.

      Cons

      High level of unpredictability working with any Government Client. Be prepared for unexpected changes.

      Great company! Excellent compensation. CEO treats you like family. Great Office Manager. Great FSO. One of the best small companies to work for.

      Small company so there is little room for upward mobility.

      Pros

      After having been in a bate and switch situation in the past, I think the first major "pro" with VisualSoft was that they had the type of work I really wanted. All of the VisualSoft employees at the customer site were leads or well respected, so that made me feel good about their talent selection and customer reputation. I'll add that I had a personal situation come up unexpectedly and it's not often that the CEO of a company takes a personal interest in seeing things work out for you. That was my experience and I'm glad that I had the opportunity to work with them. The only reason I'm not still employed with VisualSoft is that I accepted a Federal Gov. position.

      Cons

      No organization is perfect, but I didn't have any negative experiences to speak to.
