Pros

Some employees were supportive and hardworking.

Cons

My experience as an onsite engineer was extremely disappointing. I spent significant time and effort ensuring project delivery, resolving customer issues, and supporting the client throughout the project lifecycle. Unfortunately, when the project was successfully completed, recognition often went to individuals who had minimal involvement in the actual execution. Management communication was frequently unprofessional and disrespectful. Employees were often expected to absorb unreasonable demands without constructive support. A particularly frustrating aspect was the lack of accountability regarding employee commitments and reimbursements/claims. Employees were expected to go above and beyond, but when it came time for the organization to fulfill its obligations, responses were often delayed or avoided.

Pros

1. Trust-based leadership: When a new project came up, Praveen didn't just approve my transfer from Mumbai to my hometown Vizag, he simultaneously handed over a Team Lead role based purely on my past performance, no lengthy process. 2. They act fast: Procurement activities for the required components, materials, and tools were completed with good speed and coordination. 3. Internal growth is real, not just a talking point: Moving me from Resident Engineer to Team Lead to the Sales team over four years shows they genuinely map out career paths rather than keeping people boxed in. 4. Leadership gets their hands dirty: When the Vizag project hit a rough patch early on, the Praveen didn't send emails or pile on pressure. He sat with me and my team, understood the problems firsthand, and worked through solutions together. 5. Performance is noticed and rewarded: Promotions here aren't just about tenure. The progression from a support role to leadership to sales reflects a culture that pays attention and acts on what it sees. 6. Psychological safety in tough moments: The way Praveen handled the project's difficult initial phase collaboratively rather than with pressure reflects a culture where my team and I feel safe to flag problems without fear.

Cons

As an area of enhancement, introducing a leave policy could be beneficial for streamlining workforce planning and supporting employees with better clarity around leave management.
