Pros

I have been working here as a Software Engineer for the past three years. The technical environment is excellent, and good work is genuinely appreciated. Managers take responsibility when things are not going in the right direction and provide the necessary support to the team. I have received both financial promotions and increased leadership responsibilities every year, which reflects the company's focus on recognizing performance. To summarize in one line: If you perform well, you will see continuous growth. If you're struggling, you'll receive guidance and support. However, if there is no improvement even after that, it becomes a concern. The flexible working hours and the absence of working-hour tracking are additional advantages that promote a healthy work-life balance.

Cons

The main drawbacks I have experienced are the lack of health insurance benefits and the absence of a well-defined leave policy.

Pros

The team is very supportive.

Cons

The salary is not being paid on time at all. It is always being delayed. They are not worrying about how difficult it becomes for a lot of people when the salary is delayed. This is UNACCEPTABLE.

Pros

Some employees were supportive and hardworking.

Cons

My experience as an onsite engineer was extremely disappointing. I spent significant time and effort ensuring project delivery, resolving customer issues, and supporting the client throughout the project lifecycle. Unfortunately, when the project was successfully completed, recognition often went to individuals who had minimal involvement in the actual execution. Management communication was frequently unprofessional and disrespectful. Employees were often expected to absorb unreasonable demands without constructive support. A particularly frustrating aspect was the lack of accountability regarding employee commitments and reimbursements/claims. Employees were expected to go above and beyond, but when it came time for the organization to fulfill its obligations, responses were often delayed or avoided.
