Pros
There are some people below top management who do fantastic work.
Cons
Agree with other reviewers: tyrannical, hostile leadership, no controls,, total chaos. This organization is unbelievably badly managed and top management refuses to admit mistakes or take responsibility for their actions. There is rampant discrimination especially by top management, and management hires their friends as consultants and board members. If donors found out how their money was being wasted/stolen they would be shocked. As other reviewers noted, there continues to be reportable federally noncompliant uses of staff time and money. There is some communication but never about important things affecting staff, only vague references and constant changes with no notice. A decision was made to transition to multiple new organizations; it was done abruptly to avoid liability from a public whistle-blower and discrimination lawsuit. Implementation of the new organizations was and still is a nightmare. Infrastructure isn't there, no support, very top-heavy. Operations decision-maker very suddenly left 2 months after the transition date with no notice or explanation. There has been a LOT of staff attrition in the past year. I don't see this organization surviving.
