Pros

- There are some very smart and high performing individuals across departments that really enjoy what they do and are a pleasure to work with - You get exposed to multiple areas of the business from day 1, which can be valuable for learning (although doing multiple roles comes from lack of resources and proper business structure) - Nice office space, very central

Cons

- Toxic leadership: decision-making is centralised within a small inner circle. The decisions are often disruptive, lack strategic logic, and show little understand of the business. Some members of the senior leadership team are reactive, ego-driven, and regularly avoid accountability. It is also telling, and concerning, that individuals in key positions rely on ChatGPT to respond to basic slack messages or produce work documents which they don’t even bother to edit or personalise. - High turnover: teams are consistently shifting, which speaks a lot about the culture on its own. Talented and high performing individuals either resign or are let go, often for challenging poor leadership. - Extremely poor people management: emotional intelligence and accountability are lacking across the board, not just at the top. Communication from managers is inconsistent, empathy is absent, and feedback is poorly handled.

Cons

- It is face paced and wants you to take full ownership very quickly so not for everyone - Good business proposition but also have to be able to think across health and technology
