Pros
Compsation is better than average and people are allowed to come and go as they please. Certain pet employees can take off and the management will still pay that employee and others don't get squat
Cons
I't a click. Friends promoting friends and not the qualified people. Honest people do not get promoted while theives continue to steal and get prompted.
