Pros
During the real estate boom, I made more money than I ever thought I would. I left before it collapsed luckily. Lots of parties, perks, contests and a great bunch of people to work with. It steadily changed over the years when things got tighter.
Cons
High up management thought we got paid too much, but we were the ones that sold their high rises so that they had jobs. Very few cons though. When things are going well, everyone is happy. I hope they can build it back up to where they were. There was a lot of talent.
