Pros
Can't really think of one to be honest. I would say its just a gig that people take while something better comes along but even the cheques would be days late getting there. These guys couldn't even pay their bills on time. There wasn't any money, it was all going to Glen White's crappy Business Friend which has since tanked.
Cons
Where to begin?. Awful pay, awful commission structure, unrealistic targets, outdated business model, awful design of magazines, horribly written, low morale, over aggressive tactics and sales. Pushing collections...everything is like a boiler room environment, it really felt like I was selling penny stocks...this was probably a low point in my career as I was waiting foe something better but it was an embarrassment to go into the office everyday.
