Lots of dirty politics , ppl who actually do the work are always pulled down by ppl who just don’t innovate Rrsp matching could be introduced Structure is too flat so you will find your growth being plateaued Top mgmt needs to be patient with ideas , if an initiative is discussed to be implemented , give people time , if you expect profitability in 2 weeks then it’s also not fair Could be more inclusive as good ideas can come from anyone
