I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at WDNA (Toronto, ON) in Feb 2024
Interview
At Wireless DNA, the interview process was fairly straightforward and structured in multiple stages.
• First round: I had an initial screening call with HR, where they asked about my background, availability, and general interest in the role.
• Second round: I met with the District Manager and Store Manager. This round focused more on behavioral questions and my past experience, especially in sales and customer service.
They were mainly interested in how I handle customers, deal with challenges, and contribute to team targets.”
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at WDNA (Toronto, ON) in Nov 2024
Interview
3 step process. 1 with HR and 2 interviews with CEO (one of the two in person). Expectation is 5 days in office which feels outdated. Male dominated - felt like I was being put on the spot for seeming younger and female. Got ghosted after my in person interview (final round) which required a presentation and consultation round for an existing product (free work). Followed up and still ghosted.
