      Pros

      Very relaxed place, nice collegues, If you deliver you will get a fair share of the profit you make. Management is open to new ideas. Very flat company structure (but of course this may change as the company grows). Office lunches.

      Cons

      almost all male crew. Trading starts early.

      Pros

      Nice people and a good day to day atmosphere.

      Cons

      WH has not kept up with the competition. Complacency, lack of innovation and willingness to make radical changes has left them lightyears behind the big competitors. Management is about riding the wave of what worked in the past rather then planning for the long term future.
