      Pros

      Diverse people with plenty of different opportunities to expand knowledge and skill sets. Organisation has been through a large change agenda which means fresh ideas are appreciated

      Cons

      There is a tendency for the direction of the org to not be in keeping with a large portion of the working population which is a shame

      Pros

      One of the best learning experiences i have had here. Not only did i learn management, leadership and community giving skills and competence but i felt more human at the end of the internship program. kudos to everyone here who are making lives of a thousands out there easier!

      Cons

      None for me, It is an Impactful NGO creating ripples in Boston Neighborhood. There are some ideas which when implemented can make this organization even better.
