      Pros

      What kept me at Work Inc. were the clients. If it were not for the clients, I would have changed jobs a long time ago.

      Cons

      Management (at least in the program I worked at) tends to find "faults" in their employees. Program Managers are too focused on the negatives while losing sight of the positives. End result: 1. Toxic atmosphere 2. Disengaged staff 3. Lack of creativity and innovation because decisions are made without staff input 4. Low-morale 5. High employee turnover 6. Lack of trust between employees and management

      Pros

      One of the best learning experiences i have had here. Not only did i learn management, leadership and community giving skills and competence but i felt more human at the end of the internship program. kudos to everyone here who are making lives of a thousands out there easier!

      Cons

      None for me, It is an Impactful NGO creating ripples in Boston Neighborhood. There are some ideas which when implemented can make this organization even better.
