Pros

- very skilled web developers, including contracted developers - caters to an appealing clientele - luxury travel brands - many team members are very friendly and genuinely want to be supportive and helpful

Cons

- those in a management role felt intimidating and difficult to please - the backend tech was made more complicated than it needed to be, causing unnecessary stress - saw a few instances when management put the agencies' preferences above what was promised to clients

Pros

I have worked at several agencies, but Wallop stands out for its rare blend of strategic rigor and creative heart. The work is challenging in the best way, clients trust us to solve real business problems, not just make things look pretty. Also : Leadership that listens Autonomy plus support

Cons

Once you have worked here, you can’t really go back to agencies. Wallop ruins you for the rest of the industry, in the best way.

Pros

- Fully remote with optional in-office days at the Vancouver WeWork. - Strong core values (not just talk!). - Excellent work-life balance. - Amazing people - no micromanagement, everyone is treated equally, supportive, and always open for a chat or brainstorm. - Transparent communication and leadership. - Fun work and a genuine openness to new ideas - your thoughts are heard, valued, and often shape what comes next. - Great learning and growth opportunities, both in your role and beyond it. - High trust - you’re given real autonomy and the space to do your best work.

Cons

I joined earlier this year, and honestly don’t have any downsides to share yet. It’s a really exciting time to be part of Wallop’s growth.
