Thanks for taking the time to submit feedback. I’m sorry that you didn’t have a great experience while working at Walsh, and I’d like to address your comments.
Above all, we care about an individual's fit on our team. If we like someone and they jive well with our company culture, but perhaps not excelling in one position, we will do whatever it takes to see if we can fit them in somewhere else. When that happens, we try it out and if it doesn’t work, then we have no choice but to let them go, no matter how great an individual they are. It is difficult for everyone, and as we are a small group, it really affects everybody.
Regarding management, it is unfortunate that you felt that it was poor and inconsistent. As managers, we strive to maintain a balanced and consistent approach with our team, but sometimes we need to adjust and adapt our ways with the changing market trends that affect our business. We’re constantly striving for continuous improvement, every day.
Regarding our product – yes, we’ve been involved with healthcare, hospitality, and education for years, and now, with our new platform, we will be hitting new and exciting markets.
