This is an awesome team-based company with common goals always being at the forefront. Ample opportunity for growth and change. There is also a great company culture that makes every day fun and exciting. Lastly, getting to test the gear and making sure it is the highest quality before reaching the customer is not only fun, but exciting as you never know who it will go to. Overall, Warm Audio is awesome and I love coming to work every day!

There are no cons for this awesome company!

Most people were awesome to work with, but like anywhere there were favorites that always got what they wanted over people working hard.

CEOs wife would always blame employees for things that would happen/broken, Always talked down and belittled employee's who were just trying to work even though she had no say or wasn't even employed at said company. Company started off great and then slowly one by one people would put in two weeks and then be fired the exact same day to "save money". Down right disrespectful company who treats employees like trash after saying "You're like family"
