      Pros

      If you are good at what you do and show up to actually work and get stuff done, there is a lot of freedom in how you go about completing your responsibilities. Do your job and you will be rewarded accordingly.

      Pros

      Most people were awesome to work with, but like anywhere there were favorites that always got what they wanted over people working hard.

      Cons

      CEOs wife would always blame employees for things that would happen/broken, Always talked down and belittled employee's who were just trying to work even though she had no say or wasn't even employed at said company. Company started off great and then slowly one by one people would put in two weeks and then be fired the exact same day to "save money". Down right disrespectful company who treats employees like trash after saying "You're like family"
