Pros

-Accommodates disabilities and does not discriminate in any form. They will work with health issues and find what works best for you and the company to fit into a role. -Has full outline of job requirement and places expectations on paper from day 1. Will work to retrain if needed (unless it is excessive and you are not meeting expectations) -Lots of acknowledgment and bonuses each year plus sometimes a vacation with the work team! -There is some downtime depending on the season but when it is busy, coworkers will help get the work done together if it is too much for one person. -Due to the size of the company, it is very close knit and more like a family. We are allowed to have fun as long as the work is getting done. Management stays as professional as possible if reviews or retraining has to happen. -Opportunity to grow in different areas and learn to help the team out and explore different positions. -Hours are set with weekends off! Owners acknowledge that family life is just as important as work life. -There is management in place to handle situations due to the owners travelling a good portion of the year. The owners are in the office 2-3 days a week when they in town but they trust management to run the company per the operations principles. -There is always room for growth and opportunity to build better processes. -There is at least one office dog at the office each day! -Pays well in expectation of the roles! Pay is not discussed between employees.

Cons

-No health benefits due to the size of the company -It can get heated sometimes if something goes wrong with a job however we work as a team to fix the issues as they come up. -It can be slow at times due to industry down time. -If you are looking for acknowledgement every second during a job this is not the job for you. It can get extremely busy and the roles are outlined in detail. -If you are not a team player and do not want to actively learn, this is not the job for you! This is a small company that fully works within our roles but also helps as a team when its needed.

Pros

Got paid to color lines and dots on equipment. To help technicians when out on Installations. It was fun to color.

Cons

Supervisors did not know how to manage and work with people. No one knew how to properly navigate their roles. Not properly trained learned as I went. If you happened to work a few minutes over the owner would be upset and have something to say about it. Owners stated that they were open to suggestions but when suggestions were given they gave every excuse on why they wouldn’t try to make changes. Owner would yell and argue with each other and others in the office. Owners wanted employees to vacuum, collect and take out trash everyday, instead of hiring a cleaning crew to clean the dusty and dog hair covered office. Everyday or every other day 1-4 dogs running around and barking while people are on the phone. Supervisor was able to curse, drop F- bombs, and disrespect staff and vendors doing work for them. Manager, Owners, Staff, and Supervisor would gossip and whisper constantly about individuals at the office making the work environment toxic and uncomfortable. Owners claimed to be Christians and did not act Christian like in no way shape or form. No Healthcare Insurance.
