      Friendly environment, work-life balance, flexible, good managers.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay. Yearly pay increase next to nothing. Hard work does not pay off, smart work does (looking busy, doing nothing) kind of work.

      Open, connected culture backed by strong leadership. If you want to lead, you will get your chance. A lot of input, a lot of feedback, and support create a great place to work.

      Cons

      Many legacy staffers who take a while to change and adapt, but the new team and leadership support change and improvement.

      Used to have great people to work with and work-life balance, but that is no longer true, and there are few pros, under Prakash WatchGuard was an amazing place to work.

      New leadership has gutted the culture and made it very difficult to complete work.
