      - Best work culture in terms of learning new tech stack and development - Great co-worker, no hierarchy in terms of sharing ideas/implementation - Watchguard understands the work-life balance and actually implements a loved wellness Friday ( half-day on Friday during 2021/22). - Seniors are easily approachable for any suggestions/help/guideless - Transparency followed for all the decisions taken from the company - Great training module followed at each level

      Cons

      - Parking at Noida IT advent part is inadequate and only given on a joining date basis, so need to park the vehicle in paid parking

      Pros

      Open, connected culture backed by strong leadership. If you want to lead, you will get your chance. A lot of input, a lot of feedback, and support create a great place to work.

      Cons

      Many legacy staffers who take a while to change and adapt, but the new team and leadership support change and improvement.

      Used to have great people to work with and work-life balance, but that is no longer true, and there are few pros, under Prakash WatchGuard was an amazing place to work.

      Cons

      New leadership has gutted the culture and made it very difficult to complete work.
