Pros

Everyone at Waterstone genuinely cares about people and relationships. Truly. The focus is always on finding the right talent for what the client needs - even if that means helping them first clarify what they’re actually looking for. It's a partnership. While we do make money filling roles, it’s never transactional. The 1-year guarantee reflects a long-term, integrity-driven approach that prioritizes the right match over a quick placement. At its core, Waterstone is about connecting the right people, at the right time, with the right opportunity.

Cons

Honestly, I love it all. No complaints.

Pros

My company was recently acquired by Waterstone Human Capital and though I had talked with other potential "buyers" - nobody felt right... UNTIL I was introduced to Marty Parker through Emily Rushton and given the previous results and accomplishments of these two - It was an easy decision to join forces. Humanizing the hiring process and overall quality is important to me - and Waterstone does it right. People first, always.

Cons

We need to create a process to maximize and support ALL our currently clients who have consistent recruiting needs. There is a lot of potentail business that we are not yet capturing.

Pros

It's early days but so far, the acquisition has been a positive experience, and I really appreciate the elevated professionalism of the Waterstone brand. The existing team has given a warm welcome to us, and I’m excited to continue contributing and collaborating. I’m very optimistic about what we can accomplish together in the near term and down the road!

Cons

No real frustrations with Waterstone itself - any aggravations have just come from the usual, unavoidable bumps that come with an acquisition. Things have been a bit meeting-heavy, but that will ease soon. We’re eager to get back to business as usual and fully focus on what we do best: day-to-day business development and recruiting!
