Waterstone Human Capital interview questions

I had a phone interview first, and then 2 rounds of video interviews. They were very heavy on behavioral questions, and they also asked many questions/clarification on what I had on my resume. Friendly throughout the process.

Long process , you have multiple people speaking with you and basically asking you the same questions over and over again. I went through multiple rounds and may have considered joining this place.. but then.. this happened.. for my last round I get a call at around 8.30am asking for my availability. Then at 10am I get a call from another recruiter telling me that I will not be moving forward. This showed me the lack of transparency and communication they have internally.
