      Really need to improve turnover rate - Software Engineer II Wave Employee Review

      Pros

      The company goal is good, but not everyone is aligned tbh. Salary is compatible, benefits are good. I like Wave Day in summer to make long weekend extended by one day and Christmas shutdown of course. People are general nice there.

      Cons

      Lack of organization. I joined a team when everything is a mess.
