Wave is not just a company, it is a community that looks out for your wellbeing, personal and professional development, and genuinely wants to see you grow! I have never felt as supported as I have working at Wave. I've been able to progress from Customer Support Specialist to a new role as Customer Success Coordinator with Wave Advisors, and I know there is even more growing to do, and that I have the support of my team and managers every step of the way. This opportunity to work at Wave has changed my life in the best way.
