Leadership isn't always aligned, so there's a gap between leadership and the rest of the team. This results in a lot of shifting priorities and emphasis on numbers. The vision is unclear, and team members are getting more jaded, because of layoffs. They're a bit stingy with compensation; pay raises are very minimal.
