Huge names you work with - brands & media owners. Genuinely lovely people. They really care about your progress.

Cons

Although they care about your progress, it’s incredibly slow. Pay rises aren’t common, some people work at the company for 1-2 years without a pay rise, unless you move up a level e.g exec to manager.
