Good intentions but bad execution - Anonymous employee Waveguide Employee Review

Waveguide touts itself as a growing company with great opportunity for growth but doesnt act in accordance with that. Career growth is not encouraged and they want to keep you in the position they hired you for. Management doesn't care about the success of their employees only the success of Waveguide. Pay is average. Raises are few and far between. Limited opportunity for career development. Ambition is viewed as a negative.
