Pros
Paid holidays are a nice perk for full time employees. Used to have a "family, team spirit" vibe, but not anymore.
Cons
Abhorrent management. No room for growth. No team spirit. So much nepotism and favoritism in this company, it's very disheartening. Used to be a good place to work, but not anymore. Hard work doesn't pay off. Because of this, very low morale within the company. HR needs a wake up call.
