      Pros

      Some great coworkers. A solid mission to get behind. Unlimited PTO and they do genuinely encourage that you take it.

      Cons

      WayBetter is going downhill fast. Several rounds of layoffs, morale is low, leadership just does what they want with the product without listening to employee ideas or feedback (all about the $$). They talk a big talk about caring about employees, but at the end of the day, they don't and it shows. Very few growth opportunities and minimal recognition for good work.

      Lovely people, fun and casual environment. Clearly doing amazing things for people and making an impact on the world

      Pros

      I thoroughly enjoyed working with my co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrible business decisions. Multiple rounds of layoffs. The last one slashed all remaining employees to PT (3 days at 60% pay). The president has wacky ideas and implements them without any due diligence.
