Waypoint has the best group of coworkers. Everyone here is very smart with a small ego, so it's a great place to work if you want to make a big impact and learn a great deal from those around you. Working at a tech company that is the first in its space (commercial real estate analytics) is truly a unique opportunity, and I'm grateful to have the chance to work in an environment that I love doing high impact work that is interesting and innovative. The best part of working at Waypoint is our Founder and CEO, Diane. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met, and her passion for the company and its mission serves as a motivation for all of us as we work towards a common goal of success. I am lucky that I enjoy going to work each morning and that I get to work with people I like on a product I believe in. It's very rare to find a work environment like ours.
