Pros

The company has 5 key values (Companionship, Frugality, Diversity, Commitment, Transparency). When I joined the company people seemed to believe those values, but as the time passes by, they are becoming only just beautiful words on the walls, that impress the costumers and new people that's arriving. Companionship This was one of the best people that I've worked with, and the working environment is really great Diversity Since this a multinational company, we get to interact with very different people, from many cultures, and that's a great thing

Cons

Frugality: The company wastes lots of money with things that are only "show off" and it's scrimpy with the people on the base of the "food chain" Commitment: "That's not my fault" (no need to say more) Transparency: Unfortunately there's a sentence that keeps getting repeated every time with more frequency: "The only transparent thing is the wall on the «Transparency room»" People getting raised under the table is causing a huge discomfort on the rest of the employees The lack of transparency of the process regarding the HR leadership changes only lead to gossip, thus mining the environment

Pros

Company culture is warm and welcoming. My team is really like my family. Lots of opportunities for growth and expanding on knowledge; the office is a very casual, laid-back space where no question is too simple. But, it's also a small office where EVERYONE must work hard and wear multiple hats. It's for type-A people, definitely not those who 'hide' in their cubes all day.

Cons

Some growing pains in modernizing our software/technology so it stays competitive to our clients. Sometimes the pressure of a client with a million dollar contract threatening not to renew is a little scary. There is also, sadly, a growing divide between the delivery/prod teams and the SOFT development teams.
