Pros

- Salary and package provided; - Environment; - Some people. I had luck to work with one of the best Managers I ever had for almost my entire period there. I can for sure say that he was not only a great manager/product owner/architect but also a great friend.

Cons

Working at WeDo was one of the best decisions I ever made, both for the best and worst. In a tech perspective, the company is not bad if you are starting your career but don't stay there more than 1.5-2 years. Unfortunately in the last 6 months I also worked with the worst team leader I ever had, someone that in a development perspective was great, but terrible in a management perspective not having problems to tell you in front that you are great, but tell a very different story when you're not around. The values are very good in paper, but the true fact is that you don't you have very very doubtful promotion cases.

Pros

Company culture is warm and welcoming. My team is really like my family. Lots of opportunities for growth and expanding on knowledge; the office is a very casual, laid-back space where no question is too simple. But, it's also a small office where EVERYONE must work hard and wear multiple hats. It's for type-A people, definitely not those who 'hide' in their cubes all day.

Cons

Some growing pains in modernizing our software/technology so it stays competitive to our clients. Sometimes the pressure of a client with a million dollar contract threatening not to renew is a little scary. There is also, sadly, a growing divide between the delivery/prod teams and the SOFT development teams.
