Pros
- Travel opportunities to visit global offices - Most teams are fully remote (although some are starting to require in-office days)
Cons
- The management team constantly changes plans causing a lot of unnecessary instability and stress for employees. I only recommend working here if you are comfortable with chaos. - Do not speak up on any internal flaw unless you are ready to quit because there will be repercussions. Agree to everything and embrace every idea as an excellent one.
