Pros
You get to work with a diverse team globally
Cons
Communication is all over the place. Leadership likes to travel to and from the offices to hold Q&A sessions where nothing of value gets asked/answered. No clear direction on the future of the company, the same speeches are given over and over by leadership. But after 2 years of new CEO leadership hardly anything promised has been actioned. Like others have mentioned, your time here largely depends on your manager. A lot of managers are tenured employees with little to no experience. The review and comp cycle has continuously changed. Career path/trajectories are teased but never come to fruition. Difficult to get work done across teams. There is no clear line of communication to interact across departments.
