There is never a concrete plan in place, when a plan is made it is subsequently changed multiple times, management overpromises and underdelivers. The facilities on site are not adequate for the number of staff on the premises (there has been a toilet out of order for months). There is very little accomodation for those with disabilities. there are very few options for career progression within the company. any extra effort is very rarely noticed and rewarded.
