Pros
The people on a day to day basis are very nice to work alongside, they are what make the role. The race days that happen annually are a nice benefit.
Cons
The pay is appalling and they are losing all of their younger staff (Under 30)as they can't/ won't pay for training or increase salaries. Expectation that you will take on all extra work for no increase in salary, no training and then complain when it is highlighted by the staff. Redundancies happening left right and centre. Middle management is shocking considering that there have been formal complaints raised by the whole team who sit under the individual and they are still in a management position, any other company would have put on garden leave or investigated properly- HR don't seem bothered and the manager still gainfully employed.
