Brace yourselves. Management is the worst ever. They expect you to give 100 percent of your time all day everyday. Yet they pay meager salaries to individuals. They solely depend on AI and knows nothing at all. If they can, they would even search on ChatGPT if they want to find the location of their own bathroom. This company is the graveyard of software development. CEO is an actual idiot who doesn't know how real life works. These people(if they are actually people and not mad cows) will drain all the life energy out of you and make you suicidal. These people deduct salary from employees at their whim. They deduct bonuses with some nonsensical reasons if they cant find any. They will call you up even in weekends, and if you dont pick up calls or see their message, they will mark you as insubordinate. Upper management leaves and comes into office anytime they want, takes WFH whenever they want, but want us to stick to rules. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY EVER AND UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. IT IS BETTER TO BE JOBLESS THAN WORK HERE. IF YOU STILL THINK I'M LYING, JOIN AT YOUR OWN RISK AND EXPERIENCE FIRST HAND.
