Pros
The HR and employee programs here are something else. When I started we had maybe 40ish employee programs and now there are over 65. Maternity leave includes extended part time hours for the first year which is huge for new parents. When employees said they wanted more flexible work arrangements the response wasn't just a basic WFH policy - they bought everyone a full home office setup. They take suggestion seriously. Someone suggested a company car and we got a Tesla. It sounds made up but it's true.
Cons
Growing this fast means things change constantly. New programs, new processes, new tools. It can feel like a lot to absorb. Maintaining the tight-knit feel as headcount goes up is a real challenge and I think they know it.
