Pros
- SUPER robust training program, knew nothing about SEO/PPC etc when I came in and now know a ton through bootcamp / the work - Incredibly kind and supportive coworkers, you'd be hard-pressed to find someone who isn't an amazing person, people are always willing to help and to teach you things - Tons of great happiness initiatives, there's always something fun going on that you can take part in - from parties to food trucks to small team events - Career growth - I started as a Jr and have worked hard and had the ability to earn a few promotions under my belt, you know exactly what you need to do to get a promotion and you're in control of getting there - Great incentive programs - FXLearns (all about reading to get 1% better) and LiveWellFX (more of a fitness focus) are both fun to take part in and get some cool prizes for along the way - Company growth - the company in general has grown like crazy since I got here, both with more people & more locations. It's cool to see the expansion and makes me optimistic for the future
Cons
- You definitely have to work hard if you want to get promotions / grow - it's laid out what you have to do, but as you move up it takes some dedication and elbow grease to move up. - Not a good role for someone who slacks and just wants to "get by" - You won't be bored here! There's plenty of work, which makes the days go fast, but you're not going to be twiddling your thumbs at your desk all day - I think sometimes just working with clients in general can be challenging since you can't necessarily control what comes up (that said, management is super supportive & jumps in to help)
