      Pros

      For an aspiring industrial engineer who wants to get into logistics, this company has provided me with an environment that fosters learning. Company gave me great tools for the job, had a great boss, and my co-workers were incredible.

      Cons

      All processes done through manual labor so no really cool tech to work with. Most of the job is cutting labor costs which would bore some engineers.

      Pros

      -Working as part of a team & by yourself. -Traveling to different warehouse locations -Re-imbursed mileage -Weekly pay

      Cons

      -As the only level 2 technician was not given an office. Open air cubicle. -Projects often change or get cancelled last minute -Required to have your own transportation -Required to work on-site & given a hard time if try to perform work from home remotely, even if the workload for that day is just tickets. -Management acts too much like your friend not like your manager.
