Pros

Remote work, can work from abroad.

Cons

First, don’t believe what they tell you in the interview. Half of what was said and promised in the interview process turned out to be lies, whether it was about the role or employment conditions (expect shady things to occur). Also expect unpaid overtime and being asked to do the work of others without proper training or support, and of course no actual opportunity to grow. Leadership is completely out of touch. They layoff 200 people and then flaunt their money on luxurious business trips, while asking people to work more to compensate for the people who are gone. There’s no clear direction or accountability for anything. It feels like being in a sinking ship and waiting to be taken by the next wave of layoff.

Thank you for taking the time to share this. We take seriously how roles are represented during the interview process. If what you experienced didn't match what was communicated, I'd like to better understand that. Please feel free to reach out to me directly so I can learn more and address any gaps with the team. We also know restructures can put real pressure on people. We're continuing to rebalance priorities, clarify ownership, and make sure teams have the support they need. That work is ongoing. I know trust isn't rebuilt in one response. If you're open to a conversation, I'd welcome the chance to hear more. - Stacey Schut, VP of Talent Acquisition

Pros

- Seriously smart, kind coworkers - good culture even though remote, offsites and office if you want them - real ownership and trust at the IC level - C-suite and leaders are genuine and accessible - Proudly being remote-first seems to be rarer and rarer these days, no RTO anxiety - Time off, recharge days and sabbaticals are great

Cons

- No longer covering 100% of healthcare costs, which was a very nice benefit - Lots of new people means it's harder to get to know people outside your teams - Things change, fast. Buckle up.

Cons

* The base pay is not that competitive especially given the equity does not/might not amount to anything * Leadership drives decisions very quickly so it seems like expectations are always shifting
