Pros
They really do care about their employees and go above and beyond to offer great benefits, perks, and a very competitive salary. Plenty of time off is available through PTO, flexible holidays, and birthday time off. Plus fully remote so no commutes!!
Cons
As the company grows, some of the benefits have taken minor cuts in order for continued growth of the company

Pros
- fully remote culture - product led company has most of the revenue, so company has guaranteed income - leadership really does care - relatively easy work load - the BUSINESS is in a good spot, but the sales org is struggling
Cons
- the sales org gets cannibalized by our own product daily - the “enterprise” plan is 30x more expensive than the PLG product so a lot of customers don’t see the value in the uplift - take a look at the Webflow subreddit, lots of people complaining about this exact issue - you’ll lose deals to self serve all the time - inbound lead flow essentially non existent
