Not the human B Corp experience I expected - Account Manager Webgains Employee Review

Management is neither transparent nor honest with employees. Objectives are rarely clear, yet there is constant pressure to achieve undefined results. The way staff is treated is not fair — we are not numbers, we are human beings. For a company that presents itself as a B Corp, I expected a much more humane and respectful approach, even at the end of the employment relationship. Unfortunately, everything was handled in a cold and impersonal way, with the termination communicated only via email.
