Pros
There are no pros of working there now, entire teams have resigned due to blatant disrespect and harsh behaviour of the current manager. She does not know the bare minimum of respect and appreciation. Her argument that people who had been successfully working there for close to a decade and have active clients couldn't justify their salaries is absolutely abyssmal. They have inefficient BDMs who cannot bring in projects, so the executives are soft targets.
Cons
- Worst place in sector V for freshers and experienced persons - Bad management - if you are a fresher, don't start your career there on a bad note. There are so many other better IT companies - This is a place of favouritism, where outdated, undeserving employees appease their equally incompetent manager. Many people who are skilled and competent, and have any backbone and self respect have left. - computers are outdated and crash frequently, monitors are very small - their late policy is worst too, even 1 minute late will not get grace time - no innovation, no ambition, no direction
