      Pros

      Webs care about its employees and treats them like family. By taking care of everything else, they make sure the only thing you have to worry about is your work.

      Cons

      There is not a lot of room for professional growth. You can gain a lot of experience, but not necessarily move up the ladder once you do.

      A fully stocked (free) kitchen and catered lunch 3 days a week.

      A lot is expected of a small team.

      Pros

      They gave you free breakfast and lunch. The company had a great atmosphere and start up culture. The employers treated everyone with respect. This was a great place to work.

      Cons

      There weren't too many downsides. If you are looking to work in a big office with hundreds of employees this is not the place for you.
